Trappers Cabin Premium Package

This is for the guest who does not want a care while at Trappers. They want to experience the luxury that Beaver Creek, and the Cabin have to offer. They will be pampered and taken care of by their own personal Chef, Cabin Keeper, and Roustabout. This package includes:
  • A Champagne Welcome Reception on your day of arrival
  • Your own personal Chef, Cabin Keeper, and Roustabout.
  • Breakfast and Dinner prepared daily by your personal Chef
  • Lunch provided daily at one of our on mountain dining cabins Beano's, Allie's or Zach's.
  • Transportation and concierge services
  • Daily cabin freshening by your Cabin Roustabout
  • Lift tickets after a night's stay
  • Beaver Creek Mountain snow cat tours for up to 10 passengers
  • Plus all the amenities that come with Trappers Cabin
Optional Services:
  • At Trappers our Cabin Keeper will book Ski School, Massage Therapists, transportation to and from the airport, and any additional needs you might require during your stay with us. Additional charges will apply.

Winter Season (11/12 - 4/12)
Per person
/night		   $850 if staying on a Sun., Mon., Tues., or Wed.
($750 for each additional person after four)
$950 if staying on a Thurs., Fri., or Sat.
($850 for each additional Person after four)

Winter rates are based on a four-person minimum. Prices for Children may vary. There is a two-night Minimum stay required.

Holiday Season (12/26 - 01/02)
Per person
/night		   $1085 ($950 for each additional person after six)

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Winter Season:
A 25% (one night for stays less than four nights)... (rather than lest) deposit is due at booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. The initial deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of total cost.

Holiday Season:
A 25% (one night for stays less than four nights) deposit is due at booking. The Balance is due November 1, 2005. The initial deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations after November 1, 2004 are subject to full forfeiture of total cost.
